This booking page is only for Windmill brand AC units (up to 12,000 BTU). We can also install other brands by request — tell us what else you need installed in the Additional requests field below. Additional requests aren't instantly booked: our team will review them and send you a quote after your booking is done.

Window types comparison: double hung slides up and down, casement cranks or swings out, slider slides side to side — This booking page is only for the installation of a window AC in the lower half of a double hung window. My windows are standard double-hung.
I've checked that the AC unit(s) I purchased are compatible with a double-hung window. I understand a $60 trip fee applies if the technician can't complete the install because the unit doesn't fit.

Changes & cancellations: Free to reschedule to a date at least 2 days out (next-day for a $40 priority fee). Rescheduling or cancelling within 3 hours of your arrival window costs $60. Cancellations are refunded automatically, minus the non-refundable 4% booking surcharge shown on your receipt.
