This booking form is designed to schedule the installation of windmill AC units, in the bottom section of standard double hung windows.

Double Hung Window

Here is an example of a standard double-hung window. If you are not sure then please do a little research on double hung windows to make sure that's what you have.

Basic installations include the installation of the AC unit and support bracket provided by you (if required), and the factory provided side panels. The only hardware we typically include in the Basic Installation is extra screws.

You can provide your own bracket if it is a standard, drill type, single arm, universal support bracket (example is "AC Safe AC-080") Support brackets are required to be installed in all windows that are above 4 feet on the exterior of the building. It prevents the AC from falling and causing property damage and personal injury.

Cancellation Policy 

There will be a cancellation fee of $60, if the installation appointment is cancelled by you within 2 business hours of the appointment arrival window start time. Our business hours are 8am-7pm. Examples of how to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee: 1. Your appointment arrival window is 9am-1pm. You can cancel up to 6pm the day before the appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. 2. Your appointment arrival window is 12pm-4pm, and you can cancel up until 10am that same day without incurring a cancellation fee.


There will be a cancellation fee of $60, if the technician arrives to the appointment address, and cannot complete the installation due to the following reasons: 


1. The technician cannot gain access to your home or apartment due to you not being there or building policy. 

2. The technician determines that the AC is broken, damaged or missing parts, or the window type and AC unit are not compatible, making it impossible to install it without customization. 

Booking Surcharge is not refundable under any circumstances. The surcharge is $5 per AC unit installation and is included in the price you pay when making the booking request. If you choose 1 unit installation, the surcharge is $5; 2 units is $10 and 3 units is $15. The surcharge helps cover the credit card processing fee. 

In any of the cases above, the $60 cancelation fee and Booking Surcharge ($5 minimum), will be deducted from the refund of the payment that you make during this booking process. 

We will issue you a refund for the amount you paid, minus the $60 cancellation fee. 

NO REFUNDS will be made once the installation is complete, regardless of if your AC is working properly or not. You are responsible to know if your AC is working properly. The installation is complete when the bracket is installed and the AC is in the window.
