Each COI is $20. Indemnity agreements are also $10 each. COI processing time is 1-2 business days (no weekends or holidays)
If your building requires a COI, they will need to provide their COI details. They will usually email you a "Sample COI" or a document that contains the format that they require. There are 2 sections that you need to provide to us and they are "Additional Insured/Description of Operations" and "certificate holder". Please look at what they provide to you and fill in the information in the 2 sections below.
These 2 sections must be filled in by you, even if you upload the sample COI. Please read the sample your building provides and fill in the specific building and/or shareholder details. Leaving these fields incomplete will delay the COI processing.
The sample below will look slightly different for each building management. If your building managment wants you listed as additional insured, you must write your name, address and apartment number in the additional insured section. Unit owner/shareholder/tenant are all the same for this purpose.
