If your building requires a COI, they will need to provide their COI details. They will usually email you a "Sample COI" or a document that contains the format that they require. There are 2 sections that you need to provide to us and they are "Additional Insured/Description of Operations" and "certificate holder". Please look at what they provide to you and fill in the information in the 2 sections below.

If your building requires the following sentence to be included in the COI, then our insurance won't satisfy their requirements:
"The General Liability and Commercial Umbrella policies do not have a third-party action over exclusions or exclusions related to New York Labor Law. "
