This express booking form is strictly for standard double-hung windows — we do custom installations for other window types, but only through a quote. The AC unit you buy must be designed for a double-hung window. If it isn't compatible with your window, we can't complete the install and a $60 trip fee applies. Different window, or not sure? Request a custom quote instead.

Safety support bracket

A support bracket is required for every AC unit we install. You can provide your own heavy-duty support bracket, or purchase one from us here.

Priority next-day service
+$40 / visit

Priority next-day bookings get a narrower 2-hour arrival window; standard bookings have a 3-hour window.

My windows are standard double-hung.
I've checked that the AC unit(s) I purchased are compatible with a double-hung window. I understand a $60 trip fee applies if the technician can't complete the install because the unit doesn't fit.

Changes & cancellations: Free to reschedule to a date at least 2 days out (next-day for a $40 priority fee). Rescheduling or cancelling within 3 hours of your arrival window costs $60. Cancellations are refunded automatically, minus the non-refundable 4% booking surcharge shown on your receipt.
