We will always need a photo of the window or opening where the AC will be installed into. We cannot give a final quote or give a confirmation of appointment without the photo. If you don't have a photo at this moment, you can tell us which kind of window you have, and measurements if you have them. We should be able to give an "estimate", based on your description of the window, and finalize the appointment, once you provide the photos.

If you don't have a photo of your window, then you need to tell us which type of windows you have. Select all that apply to the windows you need an AC installed into.

Anything in particular or unique you need to share? Is it over a kitchen counter? The standard windowsill is about 8 inches or less. Some windows have very deep sills, which means we will need to lean our bodies over to install the ac, Do you have a standard window sill or a very deep one? If it's it higher than waist level, about how high off the ground is it? Do we need climb anything to get to it?

Upload photos of the window that the AC will go into. Include at least 2 photos that show the window from floor to ceiling (standing far back), and up close to show the window sill. Try to take the picture in the daytime, and move any curtains or shades out of the way. Since the measurements of the window are also important, it is good to take a picture holding measuring tape across the window opening.

We need the details of which ac unit(s) you have. If your ac unit has already been installed or assembled before, then we also need photos of the ac unit and any parts or accessories that it has. If the unit is new, then all we need is a link to it or the make and model number

If the unit is old, you can find the BTU on the label. It will say something like "BTU cooling power 5200". We round off the numbers to the nearest thousands, e.g. 5200 would just be 5000
