Keep Cool NYC is an air conditioner installation company.

What type of air conditioners do we install? Window and through-the-wall units. Our installations range from basic, by the manual installations to complex, custom installations.

Who do we serve? Residential and commercial customers that have window or through the wall AC units (no PTAC or Mini Splits).

For residential, we can work directly with an apartment resident or with building management.

For commerical, we have worked with schools, restaurants, churches and libraries.

How much do we charge? Basic installations start at $95 (click here for full pricing of all installation types.)

Are we licensed and insured? We are insured, but there isn't such thing a as a license for window and through-the-wall unit installations.
